TIDE Schedule

Students selected for the 2014 TIDE Program will come to the University of Delaware for two weeks from July 20-August 1, 2014 (Sunday Noon-Friday evening).

We will spend week #1 of camp on the Newark Campus
In addition to classrooms, students are currently scheduled to spend time in the C-Shel Lab, the Ocean Engineering Lab, Marine Chemistry Lab and will live in one of the on-campus Residence Hall Complexes.


We will spend week #2 of camp on the Lewes Campus. In addition to classrooms, students are currently scheduled to spend time in the Cannon and Smith Marine Bioscience Labs, the Air-Sea Interaction Lab, tour a research vessel, participate in field excursions and will live in the Virden Center Conference Housing.

Fri 8/1/14: Parents/Families join the students for a 5 pm Closing Ceremony and Celebration in room 206 Robinson Hall on the Newark Campus.
