If you have crafts with a marine theme or one which highlights other elements of conservation or the environment, we invite you to participate. We have noticed that certain exhibitors are selling products that do not meet this criteria. In order to insure that the craft show remains cosistent with our marine orientation, we must insist that our policy is strictly enforced. Please be advised that anyone who attempts to sell any items that do not meet our policy criteria will not be invited to participate in future Coast Days.

The hours or Coast Day are from 11:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All displays must be set up on Sunday morning between 7:00 a.m. and 9 a.m. Space is limited to 25 vendors and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. In an effort to correct the problems from previous years, vendors will be assigned a 10' x 10' outside space along the snow fence upon receipt of the registration fee. If adverse weather condititions should occur, the craft show will be canceled and fees will be returned to all participants. The fee for craft show exhibit space is $100.00. A policy statement regarding craft show participants is attached for your review.

If after review of the policy below you feel you qualify as a nautical craft show vendor, please complete the participation form and then mail your check made payable to the University of Delaware to the address noted by July 30. Please be advised that anyone who attempts to sell any items that do not meet our nautical theme will not be invited to participate in future Coast Days.

If you have any questions or concerns, email Rita Baty, or call (302) 645-4346.
