CEOE Conferencing
To complement the ITV classroom offerings at the college, CEOE-IT maintains a subscription to two Citrix Systems Inc. collaboration products. GoToMeeting Corporate and HiDef Corporate.
GoToMeeting Corporate
GoToMeeting Corporate is a simple way to hold online meetings with up to 25 participants. Attendees can join using a Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, Android device, or an ordinary telephone. To offer Toll-Free service to those attending by phone, please see the HiDef Corporate section below. By becoming a meeting organizer, individuals can organize a meeting and invite attendees. While in the meeting, they can share their camera and share all or just part of their screen. They can allow others to share their screens too. As a organizer, they also have the option of recording the meeting to their local hard drive. HiDef Corporate
HiDef Corporate is a standalone audio conferencing service that allows on-demand or scheduled conference calls with up to 500 participants. By becoming a organizer, individuals can schedule and manage a conference call. Calls can be scheduled and managed using a telephone, a web interface, or an Outlook plugin. Calls can be recorded for downloading or listening on the web as well. A billing purpose is required to hold a call and charges are per minute per attendee. organizers can also offer Toll-Free service to telephone attendees in their GoToMeeting sessions (per minute rates still apply). Citrix has many local toll numbers both in the US and internationally, so organizers should pursue that option before considering Toll-Free service.
