Lauren Knapp

Research Assistant

Lauren Knapp (matriculated into PhD, Marine Policy in 2014) is examining the willingness of ratepayers to pay a premium for wind energy as well as offshore wind power public perceptions more broadly. She received her M.S. (Environmental Policy) from the University of Michigan. Lauren has worked for Iberdrola Renewables, created a renewable energy credit (REC) trading program at an energy policy firm, and helped write offshore wind proposals at the Great Lakes Commission.
