Lisa Ridenour

Asst. Director, Sea Grant & Proposal Adm.

Lisa Ridenour has managed Delaware Sea Grant’s (DESG) fiscal operations since 2007. She provides leadership, oversight and management of the fiscal and administrative operations of the program including budget preparation and control, contract and grant administration, financial report preparation and interpretation and recommending fiscal allocation priorities to the DESG Director. She coordinates the activities of DESG’s Sea Grant Advisory Council. Lisa is also responsible for the management of CEOE’s proposals and awards providing overall leadership in areas of proposal development and award management within the college, including supervising the preparation and submission of research grant and contract proposals for the College and managing the award process through closeout.
