GoToMeeting Project

GoToMeetingLaptopTo complement the ITV classroom offerings at the college, CEOE-IT maintains a subscription to GoToMeeting Corporate.

GoToMeeting Corporate

GoToMeeting Corporate is a simple way to hold online meetings with up to 25 participants.  Attendees can join using a Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone, Android device, or an ordinary telephone.  By becoming a meeting organizer, individuals can organize a meeting and invite attendees.  While in the meeting, they can share their camera and share all or just part of their screen.  They can allow others to share their screens too.  As an organizer, they also have the option of recording the meeting to their local hard drive.  For more information on how to setup or use GoToMeeting, please review the quick training videos and articles on the GoToMeeting website.

To request access as a CEOE GoToMeeting organizer so you can schedule and hold an online meeting, please use the CEOE Conference and Classroom Reservation Form (login required) or contact the GoToMeeting license manager for your group.

Fall 2014 Update...

CEOE-IT has doubled our seat licenses for GoToMeeting.  These seats will be distributed out to the units shortly.

Soon, CEOE GoToMeeting will include Sightboard technology.  Sightboard enhances the conferencing experience by allowing presenters to capture and display an in-room whiteboard or wall space to include in the meeting.  Review these short videos to see the technology in action.
